About Me

My background is in nursing, I’m no longer practising but it has helped me to understand the importance of looking after yourself, not only eating well, exercising and getting good sleep but caring for your mind by allowing yourself time to relax and restore your energy. I qualified in body massage in 2012 and have been practising ever since. I treat each person as an individual, tailoring the treatment to your needs on that day. I endeavour to provide a peaceful and calming environment, somewhere to step away from the stresses of everyday life and truly relax. It is a time for your body and mind to re-connect through the wonders of massage therapy. I am big believer in alternative/complementary therapies, regularly going for massage and receiving five elements acupuncture. I practice yoga and meditate every day as it really helps me to stay mentally strong especially during tough times. I have recently embarked on a degree course in five elements acupuncture, which I find amazing and really love that it focuses on treating a person holistically, encompassing body, mind and spirit. I am on continuing journey to discover more and my aim is to introduce as many people as possible to the wonders of massage and of course acupuncture. Please do get in touch to find out more.
